So,\u2026stop reading right now if you don\u2019t want to do the work \u2013 unless of course you\u2019re a curious soul like me and don\u2019t want to stop until you find out what the challenge involves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE CHALLENGE:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.susanvogt.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Time-person.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2425\" src=\"https:\/\/www.susanvogt.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Time-person-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"124\" height=\"124\" \/><\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u2022\u00a0 Read<\/strong> Fr. Richard Rohr\u2019s meditation, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/cac.org\/embracing-enoughness-2020-06-30\/\">Embracing Enoughness<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/strong> My Cliff Notes version for those who don\u2019t want to even read 496 words is:<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0 \u00a0I have just 3 things to teach: simplicity, patience, compassion. (<\/em>Lao Tzu)<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0 \u00a0We can\u2019t discover the truth until we remove the clutter, <\/em>(Rohr)<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022\u00a0 Decide<\/strong> at least one action to take to implement <em>Enoughness<\/em>.<br \/>\nThis counts as simplicity.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022\u00a0 Do it<\/strong> during the next two weeks.<br \/>\nIt can involve physical clutter (food, clothing, shelter, and the money to pay for these)<br \/>\nOR intellectual clutter (meetings, information overload, work space),<br \/>\nOR emotional clutter (worries, self-esteem, annoyances)<br \/>\nThis counts as removing clutter.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022\u00a0 Read the \u201creveal\u201d<\/strong> in two weeks.
